CEO & Founder

Dylan Ramses Orzatty Gonzalez

Born in 2012. Started programming seriously from an Android phone. Today he leads one of the most ambitious DeepTech projects in Venezuela.

Started in Peru, with YouTube and a Phone.

In mid-2024, Dylan was in Peru when he discovered he could create applications using artificial intelligence. It was basic — copy and paste HTML, using platforms like AppCreator24 — but it was the first spark. He did it out of pure curiosity.

In November 2024 he returned to Venezuela. No computer. Just the phone and boredom. He started consuming technical content — channels like midudev and mouredev — and tried building native apps with Kotlin and Java from the phone, using Gemini as an assistant.

July 15, 2025: The Decision.

That day he decided to do something serious. He published his first website. No laptop. No funds. No team. Just an idea and a phone. He called it OrzattyStudios and from the start he had a rule he never broke: he would not look for clients to build pages for them. He would build his own things. Intellectual property. Always.

A week later, on July 22 — his birthday — he received an unexpected gift: an old laptop. With that machine he learned to integrate databases, configure storage buckets and design functional backend architectures. It was no longer theory; it was code running in production.

A More Powerful PC.

At the end of 2025 a desktop PC arrived. Also old. But more powerful. With that machine the products that define Orzatty today were born:

  • The Orzatty Protocol — Zero-Copy P2P architecture built in Rust.
  • Dispersion & OGAL — the independent graphics and rendering layer.
  • Sylor S1 — the Orzatty AI model family.
  • Security technology — kernel-level protection.

All of that built in less than a year, alone, from Venezuela, with old hardware and an intermittent internet connection.

December 2025 – February 2026: The Rebrand.

OrzattyStudios became too small. The neon colors did not represent what he was building. Between December 2025 and February 2026 came the total change: new identity, new name, new strategy.

Orzatty. Neutral colors. Clear mission. No ornaments. The company went from being a "software agency" to openly declaring what it had always been in practice: a DeepTech startup of intellectual property and artificial intelligence.

For Anyone Who Wants to Listen.

To investors, engineers and ecosystem builders,

I do not come from Silicon Valley. I do not have an MBA. I started without a computer, in Venezuela, watching YouTube tutorials from a phone. That does not make me less capable. It makes me more specific: I understand exactly what technology the Global South needs, because I live there.

What we are building at Orzatty is not an app. It is the infrastructure. The protocols. The models. The deepest layers of the tech stack that nobody in LATAM has dared to build from scratch. That is what we do. And we will keep doing it.
