Intellectual Property
We never resell third-party services. Every product — from the Sylor models to the Orzatty Protocol — is designed, built and maintained internally.
This is not the story of a startup with venture capital, luxury offices and a 50-person team. It is the story of an idea born from boredom, grown from zero, that decided to build the infrastructure Latin America needed.
Story
At some point in 2025, Dylan Orzatty was in Venezuela with no computer, no laptop, nothing. Just a phone and too much free time. From boredom came curiosity: tech videos, programming channels, development tutorials.
On July 15, 2025 he decided to do something serious: he published his first website. A week later, on July 22 — his birthday — he was given an old laptop. With that laptop he learned to integrate databases, configure buckets and design backend architectures. At the end of the year a more powerful PC arrived: with that machine the Orzatty Protocol, Dispersion and almost all the flagship products of the ecosystem were born.
The first attempt
The company was not born directly as Orzatty. It started under the name OrzattyStudios — a software agency with neon colors and a different premise: we never looked for external clients to build websites for them. From day one, the focus was building our own intellectual property.
That principle was, unknowingly, the seed of the DeepTech model. Not selling hours. Not building websites on commission. Inventing things that did not exist.
The big rebrand
OrzattyStudios became too small as a name and as an idea. The neon did not fit the low-level protocols, the massive-scale AI models or the proprietary technology vision. Between December 2025 and February 2026 a total branding and strategy change was executed: OrzattyStudios became Orzatty. Neutral colors. Technical typography. No unnecessary ornaments.
Mission
“Be the nervous system of modern society. Democratize access to cutting-edge technology for everyone, without needing a supercomputer.”
Our core
Innovate and give users access to the best tools.
Today
In just over a year, Orzatty went from a personal project on a phone to a DeepTech ecosystem with real products, active research and technology that does not exist anywhere else in the region.
We never resell third-party services. Every product — from the Sylor models to the Orzatty Protocol — is designed, built and maintained internally.
We operate at the deepest level of the stack: kernel, network protocols, binary compression, AI inference on edge hardware. Not on abstraction layers.
Puerto Ordaz, Venezuela is our headquarters. We build for the Global South with the unique perspective of someone who lives its limitations and knows its potential.
